While the idea of dating an older guy may make you skeptical when you’re in your teens, by the time you’re in your twenties, it starts to seem like a great idea for many. An older man can make decisions and stick to them more than a younger one. He’s also not scared to go after what he wants.
5. HE KNOWS WHO HE IS.
By the time you get into your 30s, you know who you are, and even more so once you’re in your 40s. A man who has a firm grasp on that isn’t just confident, but sexy.

In fact, he embraces the idea of talking about the future, and if he’s not in it to win it, then he can say so. An older man doesn’t beat around the bush.

And while he may not all look like George Clooney, he probably has that older man charm that you just can’t find in boys under 30.
