Jennifer Ifeoma Essumei is a prolific songwriter, recording artist and worshipper.
She started singing at the age of 10 in the kids choir.
Those around her knew she had an amazing ability to sing melodiously, which gave her the opportunity as a teenager to lead praise worship sessions in major church programs.
Being influenced by a few female gospel greats such as, Yolanda Adams, CeCe Winans, Nicole Mullen, Karen shirer Sheard, and ofcourse Sinach, they all shaped her ability to sing anointedly and most importantly built her confidence and passion to start writing her own songs which has been successful, before she decided to do an EP (in His Name) which was released on the 22nd of March 2020. The EP comprises of 3 powerful songs:

She is happily married to Joel ikechukwu essumei, (Joel jubal) a pianist, songwriter, and producer who is her manager and has been a big support to her ministry and blessed with 2 amazing boys. (Jehiel and Jayden)
