Shatta Wale is Set to Launch a Massive New Project

Shatta Wale, the self-acclaimed king of African dancehall music, is nowhere near the stopping point of his flourishing music career. The Melissa hit-maker has announced to his SM fans that he has an upcoming project to launch in the coming days.

Despite the Covid-19 disruptions to the showbiz industry, 2020 has been a blessing to Shatta Wale. In 2019, he featured Jay Z’s wife Beyonce, and in 2020, he had the singular honor of featuring Queen Beyonce in her “Already”music video. What else hasn’t he achieved?

Wale is now a global champion. You don’t need to look through a microscope before you can zoom in on that fact.

Shatta Wale Launches Shatta Foundation

A few days ago, the SM boss officially launched his signature foundation known as the Shatta Foundation. Posting on Facebook about his flagship foundation, Wale said, “Be part of the Society with the dream of changing the lives of our future generations. Let’s Build the Community Stronger. #SM4LYF.”

Even though Champion is yet to fully explain how his foundation is going to change lives, it’s probably a good social initiative that will help SM fans and Ghanaian youth in the ghettos to rise and shine, just like Shatta did.

To further draw the attention of Ghanaians to his mission to change the world, Shatta Wale made another surprising Facebook post on August 8, 2020. And it reads, “I am on a great project for the Movement. Stay positive 🔥.”

The question is —what’s this new project all about?

Shatta’s series of positive vibes on social media have kept people in suspense as they try to guess what big project the dancehall king is really up to.

Could it be about the release of a surprising album or something like that? How about his collaboration with Vybz Kartel, his Jamaican dancehall godfather?

Stay in touch, and we shall bring you the latest entertainment news in Ghana, including Shatta Movement updates.
