As a world-acclaimed football club with great records, United is pretty wealthy, despite suffering the economic ramifications of the Coronavirus pandemic. United’s 10-year partnership deal with major kit supplier Adidas, could have seen them lose £22 million if they had not made it to the top-4. This would have translated to a massive pay cut of 30% out of the £75 million/year deal with Adidas. When Liverpool won last year’s UCL, they walked away with almost £100 million.
Thankfully, the Red Devils thrashed Leicester yesterday to secure their 3rd position on the table. And they stand to gain financial rewards worth over £50 million.

When United’s head coach Ole Gunnar, took over from Jose Mourinho, he was tasked with rebuilding a weak squad. And fast-forward to today, the Norwegian manager has proved his doubters wrong. With Ole at the wheel for 1.5 seasons, the Manchester Reds rose from the bottom of the league table to the top. Last year, he ensured that the club qualified for the Europa League after narrowly missing out on the Champions.
